The Perfect Father’s Day Feast

With Father’s Day fast approaching, I decided to dip in to the Grilling.com archives and put together a dream dad’s day feast, starting with the porky goodness of Pig Candy courtesy of Larry Gaian of TheBBQGrail.com.
Next up on the menu is a batch of Sweet and Spicy Pickles from pit master extraordinaire Chris Lilly.
Then it’s on to the main course (or should that be “man course” in honor of dear ol’ dad?) with an over-the-top Bacon Mac ‘N Cheese Burger from yours truly.
And sure the burger could be a meal all on its own, but this menu is a celebration of grilled flavors so I’m adding in a couple side dishes including a Grilled Watermelon and Fennel Salad from PatiDaddioBBQ.com and Peach Baked Beans from Big Mo Cason.
Rounding out Sunday’s Father’s Day feast is a little something special from Curt McAdams of LiveFireOnline — Grilled Peaches and Bourbon Ice Cream.
