A Healthy, Flavorful Choice

8 red potatoes, 2-inch diameter (approx. 1 lb.)
¼ cup K C Masterpiece® Honey Teriyaki Barbecue Sauce
¼ cup salted butter, melted
Peel off 1-inch strip of skin around the middle of each potato.
In a small bowl, combine K C Masterpiece® Honey Teriyaki Barbecue Sauce
and butter. Reserve. Place potatoes on two layers of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Wrap tightly. Place around the outer edge of coals and grill, 1 hour.
Unwrap and place potatoes directly over coals Grill 10 minutes, turning
frequently and brushing with teriyaki-butter mixture. Makes 4 servings.
