We’ve had some great New Orleans inspired dishes this week and today is no different!  Here are a few recipes worth keeping in mind as you plan the menu for the big BCS Championship Game.

What better way to start off a N’awlins inspired meal than some grilled oysters?  Grill Grrrl has you covered with this great recipe.

And finally we’ve got the ultimate New Orleans staple – the po boy.  Utilizing the faux frying method, we created both the crunchy shrimp po boy seen above and a grilled shrimp version with farmers market relish.
