- 6 slider buns, toasted
- 6-8 ounces blue cheese crumbles
Directions
Heat grill to high. Season petite steak on both sites with steak seasoning or dry rub. Grill approximately 4-5 minutes on each side, adding blue cheese crumbles to the tops for the last two minutes and close the lid to allow cheese to heat. Remove steaks from grill, place on buns and serve.

- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lime cut into eighths
- 2 tbsp chili powder

Remove from the grill, remove the husk and silk and serve. Invite guests to add butter, grated Parmesan, chili powder and lime or any combination of the four.
Grilled Poundcake, Pineapple and Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 store bought poundcake cut in to 1 inch slices
- 1 can of pineapple slices, drained
- 1 pint of your favorite ice cream
