Grilled Lamb Ribs

These ribs turned out so juicy, so flavorful and just so darn delicious, I don’t even want to hear that you don’t like lamb. You will after this!

Ingredients
2 racks of lamb ribs
Lamb dry rub (recipe follows)
Instructions
Prepare grill for indirect heat. Remove membrane from the bone side of the ribs. Season both sides liberally with lamb dry rub. Place on the grill away from the direct heat, cover and allow to cook until tender, approximately 2 hours. Remove from heat and serve.

Lamb Dry Rub
1/4 cup Lavender salt
2 tbsp Ground black pepper
¼ cup Smoked paprika
1 tbsp Dried rosemary
2 tspn Dried thyme
1 tbsp Granulated garlic
2 tsp Lemon zest
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and set aside until ready to use.
