Sunday is Cinco de Mayo and we’re grilling up a menu that is sure to get you in the party mood.
To get things started right, pit master Chris Lilly shares with us his recipe for some tasty coal fired pico de gallo.
Next up is our very own VIP blogger Robyn Medlin Lindars of GrillGrrrl.com with her Florida-inspired fire roasted key lime guacamole.
Now it’s time to move the Cinco de Mayo fiesta to main courses, starting with John “Patio Daddio” Dawson’s spicy grilled fish tacos.
Offering his own unique twist on traditional tacos is Chris Grove of NibbleMeThis.com and his grilled Portobello tacos.
And finally Chris Lilly is back with one of my favorite side dishes, grilled Mexican corn.
