Turkey Panini

Yields: 1 sandwich servings

  • 1 slice (1 oz.) cheddar cheese (Havarti cheese as alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon Hidden Valley™ Country Herb Ranch Sandwich Spread & Dip
  • 2 slices (2 oz.) oven-roasted turkey breast
  • 2 slices sourdough sandwich bread
  • 2 tablespoons (about ¼ pepper), roasted red bell pepper cut into strips
  • arugula or lettuce leaves, optional


  1. For best performance on the grill or in a panini maker, brush outside of each slice of bread with olive oil. Spread other side of bread with sandwich spread. Top with turkey, cheese and pepper strips. Close sandwich and cook for 4-5 minutes on your grill, panini maker or on griddle, until cheese is melted. If desired, pull open and add lettuce before serving
  2. Note: Sandwich can be prepared in skillet, but putting on your grill, or panini maker provides a much more attractive sandwich with the grill marks. Arugula adds a nice bitterness to the rich turkey & cheese combo.
