Blue Cheese Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms Print this recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 medium onions sliced into rings
- 8 baby portabella mushrooms
- garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat using Kingsford® charcoal.
- Fill mushrooms with blue cheese crumbles.
- Lightly oil grill grates and place onion slices and mushrooms onto grill. Turn onions frequently until tender.
- Grill mushrooms until blue cheese is melted and mushrooms are tender.
- Cut grilled onion rings in half and place finished mushrooms on top. Sprinkle garlic salt on top for additional flavor.
