Ingredients

  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 medium onions sliced into rings
  • 8 baby portabella mushrooms
  • garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat using Kingsford® charcoal.
  2. Fill mushrooms with blue cheese crumbles.
  3. Lightly oil grill grates and place onion slices and mushrooms onto grill. Turn onions frequently until tender.
  4. Grill mushrooms until blue cheese is melted and mushrooms are tender.
  5. Cut grilled onion rings in half and place finished mushrooms on top. Sprinkle garlic salt on top for additional flavor.
