Ingredients

  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for a minimum of 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
