Fire Roasted Cauliflower

Fire roasted cauliflower is a simple to prepare side dish that packs a ton of nutty flavor thanks to the caramelization process.
1 head of cauliflower
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sea salt
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat grill for medium-high heat cooking. Cut cauliflower in to florets. Toss with olive oil and salt. Place cauliflower in a grilling basket or directly on the main grill grate. Grill for 20 minutes, turning every five minutes until soft and lightly browned.
Remove cauliflower from the grill, drizzle with olive oil (or try our smoked olive oil recipe here!), and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
