Editor Clint Cantwell
Please welcome our new Editor for the Grilling.com community, Clint Cantwell. With a large online following and a passion for all things barbecue and grilling, Clint is the founder of the award-winning Smoke In Da Eye competition cooking team. And while he currently lives just outside of New York City, he has experienced many of the regions covered here first hand — from his childhood in Texas to several years spent in Kansas City, Wisconsin and New Orleans before settling down with his wife from Memphis.
In addition to enjoying the company of his three kids and creating unique recipes for the grill, Clint spends his free time traveling the country in search of the people, places and tastes that define our grilling culture. He has also been featured in countless media outlets — from Food Network and NBC to CNN and Serious Eats and beyond — and periodically teaches courses on outdoor cooking.
