This dessert contains all of the fun of camping, minus tents, bugs and campfires that won’t start.
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp melted butter
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Fill the bottom third portion of four 8-ounce ramekins with graham mixture. Add a single layer of chocolate chips. Top chocolate with a single layer of mini marshmallows and place ramekins on a medium heat grill. Cover grill and allow to cook until marshmallows begin to lightly brown, approximately 20 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
