Grilled Bacon Wrapped Artichoke Hearts

When it comes to simple yet flavor packed appetizers, it doesn’t get much easier than grilled bacon wrapped artichoke hearts! Give ‘em a shot at your next cookout and let us know your thoughts below.
Two 12 ounce jars quartered and marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 lb sliced uncooked bacon cut in half
¼ cup of your favorite dry rub
Preheat grill to medium-high. Wrap each artichoke quarter tightly with ½ slice of bacon and pierce all the way through with a toothpick to keep the bacon in place. Place wrapped artichokes on a baking sheet or in a disposal aluminum pan, dust liberally with dry rub seasoning and set the pan on the grill. Cover grill and allow artichoke hearts to cook approximately 20 minutes, turning every five minutes until the bacon is browned and crisp. Remove from heat, plate and serve.
