Asian Pork Marinade

This week, is all about the rubs and the marinades.  While maybe a bit intimidating, rubs and marinades are “go to sources” when it comes to creating great flavors for our audiences!

6 thin cut pork chops

¼ cup dark soy sauce

¼ cup canola oil

1 tsp sesame oil

juice of one lime

1 tbs rice wine vinegar

2 tbs sesame seeds

¼ cup brown sugar

3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped

2 tbs roughly chopped peeled ginger

ingredients for asian pork marinade

Combine all ingredients in a zip top bag and allow to marinate for 2-6 hours.  Grill pork chops over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes per side.  Remove and serve.
